How do we change our primary domain or business name associated with our subscription?

Let us know when your business name and consequent domain name changes

When members register their ChangeGPS accounts initially, a primary domain is associated with your account. The email addresses of users must match this primary URL.

Members can requests to update any of their PRIMARY company details, URL, email address and usernames. This will not affect or impact your contract terms or product choices on current subscriptions

To do so please notify us via a Support Ticket.

Our Support Team will respond to the primary account holder (Billing Owner) with an email requesting authorisation.

Once we receive formal authorisation we will action the change, usually within 24 hours and notify you once done.

**Please note that after a domain name change is actioned your users will need to log in using their new email addresses.
