A monthly payment option for clients to pay their accounting fees. QuickFee bridges the gap between a firm's right to be paid on time and a client's desire to pay over time.
How does it work?
Get paid in full within your payment terms, but give your clients the flexibility to pay their invoices over 3 to 9 months.

An appropriate facility limit will be set by QuickFee for each firm that applies. This is determined by the financials provided, just as it is for larger firms
What are the terms?
The minimum invoice amount for payment plans through the QuickFee payment gateway is $1000. Lower amounts can be requested by firms and will be considered on a case by case basis.
The terms available for payment plans are 3-9 months. Interest rates vary depending on the term.
If a client pays their fee in-full from their bank account via direct debit, there is no transaction fee charged to the client or firm.
The current QuickFee instalment payment plans for Engage subscriptions will remain in place. CorePro members will have an additional Payment Plan option available.
How to apply?
Complete QuickFee Membership Agreement specifically for Core Pro members. Applications need to be returned to QuickFee with last 2 years financials and company logo.
