How do I create or update a Structure Advice?

Use the ChangeGPS Structure Advice module with an in-built report builder and pre-set structure report templates

Getting started

As a Core Pro subscriber, you can also use the Structure Advice Workbook for a detailed discussion about the clients intentions/objectives & concerns.
This document outlines the 5 principles of risk & asset protection and is used to gather necessary information to then feed into the report builder to create the report. It also 'sets up the play' for appropriately charging the client for the meeting and report.
Structure Advice Workbook is found in the CORE - Client > Resources > Deliver Section and Business Structures Folder
With this preparation, you are ready to proceed and give your clients the business structure advice they need with the right information easily compiled with the help of the ChangeGPS Structure App.

Create or load a new advice

Navigate to CORE - Client > Structure and select to:

  • Start a new file
  • Load prefilled questionnaires for different structures
  • Load a previously saved advice
  • Use the email template to offer advice to your client

Whether starting a new file or loading a pre-filled questionnaire, be sure to check and answer each question as accurately as possible.

Based on the responses, a recommendation with detailed features and consideration will be made available

Add client specific details
