How do I edit or create new meeting types and agenda templates in the Actions App?

Actions App is part of the Core Pro plan for members to formalise their client meetings and record actions & post-meeting reports. Create customised meeting agenda templates easily.

 

The default Meeting Types, Agenda Items and Discussion Points can be customised by navigating to Settings > General.

Under Application Settings you will find the Actions section and Edit Meeting Types button.

From here you can also create your own meeting templates.

Edit the default templates

From the Meeting Type Editor pop up select a meeting to edit.

Each meeting template has a meeting name, meeting group (folder) and agenda items with discussion points

Be sure to click on Save before navigating away from page

Create a new meeting type and agenda

Add a new meeting type with a name, meeting group and agenda item topics and discussion points. 

Remember to click Create to Save.

Now navigate back to CORE - Client > Actions App to use these and start a new meeting agenda.
