How to check your FuseSign settings for the recipient verification modes available

Send for Digital Signing (FuseSign) will be active on the Produce tab of the Core Trust Distribution and Dividend Statement modules when FuseSign is connected.

When selected, the modal will prompt you to select mobile verification - Yes or No. While this is optional, there is a dependency to with the recipient verification modes configures on your FuseSign account.

 

If "SMS to Sign" is enabled, this will not allow you to bypass the Mobile Verification option before sending the document for signing. You will need to select Yes and add a mobile number will be required in addition to the client's email address.
