      How do I convert my signature to a PNG file with a transparent background

      For those that have uploaded their signature to the platform, but have it showing with a solid background. Here is how you can convert it to a PNG file with a transparent background using your Microsoft Programs and a free online tool.

      1. Type your name into a new Word document.
      2. Format the name with a font type that you like.
      3. Use the Microsoft ‘Snipping tool’ to screen shot the space around the signature and Save.
      4. Use a free online tool such as: https://onlinepngtools.com/create-transparent-png to import the signature. You can then download your signature with a transparent background.
