Sorry to hear you may not be renewing your subscription, we really don't want to break up just yet!
All our subscriptions are 12-month contracts because of the value and annual ongoing updates to resources and apps we offer. This allows us to invest in technical upgrades and new features.
The 12 month Annual Cycle (Lock-in period) cannot be cancelled mid-term.
Members can only be unsubscribed at the end of their Annual Cycle.
You can conveniently find the exact date your Lock-in renews on your Subscription dashboard
When your plan's Annual Cycle (Lock-in) is nearing the end of it's term and more than 30 days from the Renewal Date, simply select Unsubscribe for each plan you want to unsubscribe from in the Subscription dashboard.
This will cancel your user access for all unsubscribed plans and of course the relevant billing on the day your Annual Cycle term expires.
Rather than unsubscribe, let us help you
In order to assist you to get the most value from ChangeGPS, we would be delighted to arrange a one-on-one training or check-in session for you with a Member Success Manager. We will be able to show you how to make the best use of our resources and answer any questions you may have. Contact our Support Team to arrange this.
Give us your feedback
Let us know what is motivating you to consider unsubscribing. We would rather you tell us why so that we can make improvements where necessary to better meet the needs of our members. Therefore, we highly value your feedback and suggestions.
