Launchpad is a feature giving users super easy access to quick links, useful step by step guides, announcements and easily discover what's new!
Launchpad with new in-app tutorials and guides are designed to assist you to:
- easily set up your account and onboard your team
- discover new features and updates quicker
- access training resources when and where you need them
We are super excited to introduce Launchpad. In the top header section you will now notice the new bullhorn icon - this is how to access it.
Click on the Launchpad icon to find a range of quick links to in-app guides and tutorials with the newest ones shown in bold. The counter also indicates how many great guides you haven't yet viewed!
Take note of the new orange beacons which indicate new features and recent updates.
You will notice these pulsing beacons more regularly throughout the platform going forward, drawing your attention to what's new.
From within TaxPlan for instance, you will see there are additional product tours showing user how to use, navigate and add the required TaxPlan data step by step.
Other ChangeGPS apps will have similar guides very soon!
So please check it out. You will find these exciting new additions will be a major benefit to your practice as it helps you to get even more value from ChangeGPS.
