How do I load and update previously saved Service Plans?

Search, load, update or delete a saved Service Plan connected to XPM or with no data source connected.

Useful Notes

When loading a previously saved Service Plan - the latest version will always load (by firm, not for a specific user)

Search, load and update - no XPM

  1. Click on the Add Entities from Client Group field and start typing the client's group name then select it from the list. Your Service Plan will then load as last saved (by the firm, not as a user)
  2. Update status, primary group email, partner, manager or add more notes to the plan.
  3. Once you've applied all your changes, click Save.

  1. Click on the Select Client Name field and start typing the client's group name then select it from the list. 
  2. Update status, primary group email, partner, manager or add more notes to the plan.
  3. Once you've applied all your changes, hit Save

Delete a saved plan

If you don't use XPM, simply open your saved plan as noted above, then click on Delete and confirm.

If you have XPM connected, you can't delete a plan, but you can CLEAR everything but the activity log. Should a client group be deleted or archived in XPM, you will no longer be able to search or open a saved plan.
