Where to find the required clause references in a Trust Deed
When creatig a new Trust Resolution Resolution using ChangeGPS there are 2 optional fields to enter specific clause references from the Trust Deed.
Power to Distribute Income & Class of Income - relates to the "Discretionary Distribution" section of the Trust Deed
Determination of Income Under the Trust Deed - relates to the "Categories of Income" and "Determination" section of the Trust Deed
It is optional to add the actual clause references or leave them blank for a more generic description only.
