How to manually update engagements as signed and completed
Follow these steps to manually mark engagement letters as signed and completed when clients have signed using an external solution
- From the Engage dashboard, find the engagement letter for the client
- Click the "Actions" button on the same row on the right
- From the options select the "Confirm Signed Document"
- Optionally also select "Confirm Engagement Complete" to change the status to Completed
