You will be able to import client details once the required HandiSoft server configuration is completed and the API key added to your ChangeGPS settings.
Each ChangeGPS product has the option available to search and select a client as part of the report wizard steps. Through configured API for the HandiSoft (On Premise) Practice Manager module we read and import your Client Groups, Client, Contact and Relationship data. Tax return data is not currently available via the API.

No, the integration allows is a one-way connection and import. We want to maintain the integrity of your client data. Any changes you need to make should be done in HandiSoft.
When are updated client details available in ChangeGPS?
After updating client details in HandiSoft (On Premise) the client data is updated overnight and available in ChangeGPS the following day.
