Why is the platform now asking me for credit card details?

I am trying to use the platform, but it is prompting me for credit card details

The old ChangeGPS memberships will be retired on May 1st 2021—and you’ll be changed to the closest equivalent membership. If it’s asking you for credit card details it is because we need to transfer you to our new method of payment.

We talked about the change in memberships and pricing at #ChangeDay2. We've also emailed our members about it (2 or 3 times now).
