Accessing client details for accounting businesses using Access HandiSoft or Xero Practice Manager (XPM)

Choosing an entity
In the green Tax Info navigation tab, you can use the Add Single Entity field to search a client name:
- enter a client’s last name into that field to generate a matching list of options
- click on the client’s name to select and add the client
Adding all entities from a Client Group
In the same Tax Info area, click the Add Entities From Client Groups field to see a range of client dropdown options.
- click on the required client group name to import all entities associated with that group
- click Confirm in the Getting Entities box
- scroll across columns to review any individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs which have been added directly from the client source.
