Create client groups with HandiSoft (On Premise) Practice Manager module

Benefit from creating client groups to import related entities and contact details

You can link related entities in a group in Access HandiSoft in the Practice Manager module only. The benefits of assigning clients to a group are that instead of importing individual entities to use in ChangeGPS you can import all related entities in one step.

Step 1. Assign clients to a Client Groups

Before you can assign clients to a group, you need to create the group in Access HandiSoft. See link below for detailed instructions:

Step 2. Link clients based on Relationships

Access HandiSoft enable you to link related clients together. Linking clients based on Relationships will allow ChangeGPS users to auto-create structure diagrams in the Blueprint module of Core. The relationships that you can establish in Access HandiSoft include Beneficiary-Trust, Child-Parent, Company-Director etc.
