View, Manage or Cancel Direct Debit Payments directly in GoCardless

GoCardless is built on Direct Debit. Customers complete a simple online mandate to authorise you to collect payments automatically

Once you have connected your GoCardless to ChangeGPS - you are ready to setup your fees and payment terms in the Engage app to receive direct debit payments with GoCardless for interim, upfront, completion and monthly payment for approved engagements.

Managing or Cancelling GoCardless Payments

With all Engagement fees paid via GoCardless - we don't actually manage or have access to those payments within the ChangeGPS platform as we only have one way integration. All payments by your clients are made directly to GoCardless and you will need to manage, track and cancel the relevant mandate or instalment schedule from your GoCardless account dashboard - here's how

You can also arrange to issue a refund from your GoCardless account.

TIP: Disengaging an engagement from within ChangeGPS doesn't cancel or stop the payment arrangements currently. You will need to manage these from the payment platform directly.
