How to set the preferred contact for receiving invoices
1. Log into your ChangeGPS Platform and go to Settings > Users
2. Assign the Billing Owner to any user using the check box on the right.
The 'Billing Owner' is the preferred contact who will receive electronic invoices from ChangeGPS. Only one user can be assigned as the Billing Owner at any time.
The person who initially subscribed and created your ChangeGPS account is by default the 'Billing Owner' and also the 'App Owner'.
After adding new users, the 'Billing Owner' can be re-assigned in the User Settings at any time required. Note however only the users with Administrative access can view and edit user setting.
To change the Billing Owner navigate in the main menu to Settings > Users
You will see a list of all your users with the options displayed on the right.
Select the Billing Owner tick box against any user to assign them as the Billing Owner. Your changes are automatically saved.
All future invoices will then be directed to that user's email address.
**TIP: In the event that our invoice emails are not being delivered to your mailbox or perhaps landing in the Junk folder, we highly recommend you ask your IT team to whitelist the changegps.com.au domain for emails.
