How do we change or add new plans to our current ChangeGPS subscription?

Learn how to add new plans, upgrade or downgrade the plans you are currently subscribed to

Currently both the  Core plans have 2 tiers available - Compare Lite and Pro.

Lite plans, as the name suggests, are lightweight solutions for members who do not want access to all the features and tools available yet still want to benefit from the ChangeGPS platform resources.

TaxPlan has 2 tiers - compare Pro and Advanced

To comfirm what plans are included in your current subscription or to modify your tier - navigate to Settings > Subscription

All subscriptions start with a 12 month Lock-in period (this is your plan’s Annual Cycle), which automatically renews annually unless you select to unsubscribe or upgrade or add a new plan.

Add a new plan to your current subscription

To add additional plans to your current ChangeGPS subscription log in to the ChangeGPS platform and navigate to Settings > Subscription. Select Subscribe for the new plan and you will be directed to the pricing page with a detailed summary of inclusions. 

Your credit card will be charged according to your billing period during the subscription term, and you must keep an active card on file.

Continue the checkout process. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

Be sure to assign the licences for your upgraded plans to all users.

All newly upgraded subscriptions will reset your 12 month Annual Cycle subscription period.

Upgrade your plans

To upgrade; navigate to Settings > Subscription find the plan and select Modify. When you select Modify you will be directed to the pricing page with a detailed summary of inclusions in the new plan. Select the new tier. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

Your credit card will be charged according to your billing period during the subscription term, and you must keep an active card on file. After purchasing, you can update your credit card information in the Subscriptions settings.

All newly upgraded subscriptions will reset your 12 month Annual Cycle subscription period.

Downgrade from Pro to Lite

If you are a current ChangeGPS member on Pro plan subscription and considering downgrading to Lite, you will lose access to some platform tools and features.

When joining, all new members subscribe to a minimum 12 month Annual Cycle (Lock-in period) regardless of which plan/s you sign up to. Members can only downgrade their plans (from Pro to Lite) after this Lock-in period. 

To request a downgrade; navigate to Settings > Subscription find the plan and select Modify. You will be directed to the pricing page with a detailed summary of inclusions in the new plan. Select the Lite plan to downgrade. Your access and billing will be adjusted accordingly at the end of your Lock-in period.
