How do I use Letters (Merge)?

Key features of Letters (Merge)

  • Find it by navigating to Core - Client > Letters (Merge)
  • Add your client details manually or else connect XPM to access your client details
  • Select from the default templates available or edit and customise these to suit your needs
  • Some templates contain embedded merge fields (see the text presented in curly brackets) - these are used to prompt you for specific personalised data
  • Select who to send as - yourself or the relevant partner
  • Preview the letter on your letterhead - learn how to add your branding
  • Choose to download the letter to MS Word to customise it further
  • Upload additional supporting documents if required on the Collate step to create a single PDF
  • Email the letters as a PDF attachment via a customisable MS Outlook message, download the document as a PDF to your local drive
